As an MYM barber you’ll be expected to:

​

• Identify customers desired hairstyle via consultation 

• Be self sufficient in your cutting skills

• Razor shave and beard trim 

• Cut children's hair(family friendly establishment)

• Maintain consistency in sanitizing the shop, disinfecting workstations, and displaying good professional work habits. 

• Review and implement all elements of barbercore 

• Process client payments and scheduling 

• Communicate and build relationships 

• Continue Barber development
